Sandor experimented with the macrobiotic diet in his twenties. He is one of THE wolrd experts in the field of fermentation.

The whole sustainability idea hit him when he was gardening and got him really excited
about fermentation.

He found “the book of miso” and started making wine, sourdough starters and more.

He this got the name Sandor Kraut and ever since saw it as his mission to educate
people about it and now to be afraid of bacteria anymore.
