Marcel is a professional fermentista, trained private chef and event manager, who is focussing and expanding his knowledge around the topic of gut health.

Back in 2012 he had his own Catering company '‘TheHungryLion'’ with the mission to serve healthy food on a variety of different fares.

Nowadays he is holding Fermentation workshops in Germany, Switzerland & Austria and organizing events & retreats with a holistic approach.
