Beba Baxter is a plantbased raw chef, a vegan cook and passionate baker – using only organic & fairtrade products. She learned from Boris Lauser, Anderson Santos/Kojiterie, Markus Shimizu(mimiferments), Alexis Goertz (edible alchemy) and others.
She has lived as a vegetarian since the age of 14 and eventually turned vegan a long time ago. Her creative food is very colourful & tasty and her special interest is the art of making vegan cheese – so she is doing a lot of research in the traditional craft of cheesemaking and is offering various interesting and delicious sorts of cheese you can’t find somewhere else.
Beba Baxter is serving her (raw) vegan gourmet menus, pralinés and cheese at different places like the MANA in Berlin or Gutshaus Lexow (Müritz).
Plantbased food is love & fun & enjoyment and beba loves to share that with others.
