Nicolas is Co-Founder of VlyFoods, a startup that develops plant protein dairy alternatives such as a milk & a quark alternative based on pea protein. He's an certified nutritionist and works with professional athletes that compete on Olympic, National Team and Bundesliga level. Nicolas graduated with a Master of Science degree from the University of Oxford.
